Join us for an evening of healing, connection, and personal transformation as we delve into sacred practices to help you decolonize your body, emotions, and mind.

Arkaya Foundation invites you to celebrate the culture and wisdom traditions of India and our local Indigenous communities. Led by Arkaya Founder, Yogacharini Maitreyi, the focus of the event is on cultural appreciation:

• an opening blessing from Squamish Nation Elder + drummers,

• welcome from the Consulate General of India,

• Kirtan & sacred music,

• mindful movement in chairs,

• and wisdom talks…

Plus Indian food, chai and chocolate!

The main event is from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. However, we encourage everybody to come early and stay late to enjoy connecting with this warm community.

Food truck (Indish Foods), dessert (Rasmalai from Akbar’s Own), chai and community time are open:

• pre-event from 3:00 to 4:30 PM

• and post-event from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

We are thrilled to announce our call for Volunteers for Celebrate Your Real Nature: A Night of Culture, Community, and Kirtan, an Arkaya Foundation event on January 12, 2025, at St. James Community Square, Vancouver. This gathering of over 300 participants will offer an immersive afternoon and evening of food, sacred music, yoga, mantra, kirtan, and culturally enriching experiences.
