About the Weekly Satsangh

Yogacharini Maitreyi and the Arkaya team bring you an opportunity to connect with lightness & restfulness from the comfort of your home. The class begins with a centering practice invoking healing, illumination and reconnection to ourselves led by Arkaya founder, Yogacharini Maitreyi.

Next, one of the Arkaya teacher’s leads a gentle, mindful, embodied awareness practice on the mat that introduces classical tools and principles used to seamlessly integrate one's different dimensions of existence.

This is followed by a contemplative talk and Q&A led by Yogacharini Maitreyi. Each week, a practice or theme is discussed for a deeper understanding of trantric and yogic principles.

The satsangh often concludes with some kirtan / mantra. There is also time for sharing, connection and community building.
